AQSIQ is a certificate to strengthen the registration management of oversea suppliers of importing waste raw materials by The State Administration of Quality Supervision Inspection and Quarantine. According to People’s Republic of China State Administration of Quality Supervision Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) No 115TH announcement in 2003, and the environment protection control standard of importing waste materials such as the compulsory requirements of the technical norms of the state.
AQSIQ certificate applies for Registration of overseas supplier enterprises (Oversea Enterprises, the seller) of imported waste raw materials (excluding scrap shop) management. Oversea enterprise must apply to register the AQSIQ, otherwise is not allowed to be imported, the port inspection and quarantine institutions do not accept the inspection. There are 20 branches in other countries to bear ship inspection and identification of business of foreign trade.
Since 2004, foreign waste suppliers must have AQSIQ certificate imported waste materials from China, and the examination is more stringent in 2005. If oversea supplier provides a fake certificate, if fail to pass abroad inspection and to domestic transportation
